Any reasonable standard players welcome. Come and have a blow with us and see what you think.
REHEARSALS
Rehearsals are now held at The Central Junior School, Chichester.
Tuesday and Thursday nights. 8.00pm - 10.00pm. However, we are currently looking for a new rehearsal room.
Training Band rehearsals are held every Thursday night 7.00 to 8.00

ABOUT CHICHESTER CITY BAND
Chichester City Band was formed in 1897. Since this time the band has continued to provide entertainment for the people in the Chichester area. The history of the band can be found in the history section of this web site.
Chichester City Band is a friendly band who enjoy making music together both for concerts, fetes, functions and contesting both through the local organisations of SCABA and nationally. In 2000 the band reached the National finals and played at the Albert Hall.
We have around thirty members in the band with many family links - husbands, wives mothers and daughters, fathers and sons. In addition to the main band we run a successful training band for new players of all ages. The training band aims to take trainees up to a standard to enable them to play in the Chichester City Band.
We are a happy friendly band who enjoys making music and having fun together. If you would like more information either about joining the band, becoming a patron or to book the band for an event please contact the secretary
